The classic Aperol Spritz: Prosecco, Aperol and soda water over ice with an orange garnish.

- 3 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 part Soda water
- lots ice
- orange slice (garnish)

3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part Soda water; serve in a wine glass with lots of ice and garnish with an orange slice.
