Mexican Shrimp Cocktail 🦐
You’ve probably ordered shrimp cocktail at a Mexican restaurant before and have been disappointed but trust me this recipe is what you get when you make it right.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs shrimp (deveined)
- 1/2 bottle Clamato
- 1 cup lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 cups broth (the shrimp was cooked in)
- 1 can orange soda
- 1 bottle ketchup (whole bottle, about 3-4 cups)
- 1/4 bottle Salsa buffalo (measure to your liking)
- 1/4 bottle Salsa tapatío (measure to your liking)
- 3-4 pieces cucumber (diced)
- 4 pieces roma tomato (diced)
- 1 piece white onion (diced)
- 1-2 pieces avocado
- 2 pieces serrano pepper (or jalapeños for less spice)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

Boil the shrimp for about 5 minutes until cooked through, they cook fast, remove from heat and reserve broth.

Chop your veggies and combine everything together.

Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours so the flavors combine and serve with crackers or tostadas.
