Directions
- 1
Lightly toast your peanuts, not too much or they can turn bitter
- 2
Add your peanuts to a food processor or blender and blend until crumbly.
- 3
Add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt and blend again until the mixture is still crumbly but keeps its shape when pressed together.
- 4
Line a small circular mold with plastic wrap and press your mixture firmly until very compact. The more pressure the better the candy holds its shape.
- 5
Remove the candy from the mold and wrap it in the plastic until ready to eat!
