Salsa macha aka Mexican chili oil
Salsa macha (Mexican chili oil) made with olive oil, garlic, guajillo and arbol chiles, tortilla, peanuts, sesame seeds and Maggi, blended to a chunky, spicy sauce.

Add the oil to a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown and the tortilla until crispy and set aside.

Fry chiles for about 20 seconds on each side, then remove from the oil and set aside to cool.

Fry the peanuts and sesame seeds for a few seconds and set aside to cool.

Once cool, add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until the desired consistency and everything is in small pieces.

Add to everything!
