Ingredients: 2 pieces strawberries medium; 1 cup strawberries for batter; 1 cup powdered sugar; 2 cups strawberries diced; tossed with 2 tbsp flour; 1 tsp milk; 2 cups flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tsp baking powder; 3/4 cup sugar; 1/2 cup whole milk; 1 large egg; 1/2 cup oil; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla; 2 tbsp flour to toss with 2 cups strawberries

Dice 2 cups of strawberries. Toss with 2 tbsp flour and set aside.

Whisk together flour, salt and baking powder and set aside.

Whisk together sugar, milk, oil, egg and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients carefully just until combined. Be careful not to over mix.

Fold in strawberries carefully and transfer to greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Combine 2 medium strawberries, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp milk.

Once your cake is cooled, top with glaze and enjoy.
