Add the sugar and water to a small pot and simmer on medium low heat just until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the extracts, give it a good mix and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

To assemble the latte add 2 tbsp of syrup to your espresso, milk of choice, cold foam and top with sprinkles for extra whimsy!
